Electrical inspections are required whenever
new electrical work has been done or upgrades to existing
electrical components are made.
Municipalities and insurance companies require electrical
inspections to be performed by a certified electrical
inspector. In almost all cases, homeowner insurance
companies will not cover any claims arising
from new electrical work that was not inspected such
as pools, additions, services, etc.
If there is any doubt that electrical work may not
have been installed properly or inspected you may
need an electrical inspection.
